Learning that Lasts 12-16 May and 23-27 June 2008
This week-long workshop is aimed at training trainers. It is based on Jane Vella's approach to training adults and, in particular, on principles she puts forward in her book Learning to Listen, Learning to Teach. These principles are organised in this workshop as: Learner-centered, Action with reflection, Solving problems, Teamwork and Self-discovery /self-direction. Effective learning takes place when these transcultural principles are applied in a wide variety of situations. more
