Equipping national translators to fulfill
Vision 2025
By the year 2025, together with partners worldwide, we aim to see a Bible translation programme begun in all the remaining languages that need one.
The Church in the West still has hold of most of the wealth, and access to higher levels of training, but too few people willing or able to go to some of the difficult places.
Working together we can help bring the gospel to all nations - enabling people in every language group to hear the gospel in their own "heart" language. Such Bible translations provide the scriptural foundations on which indigenous churches are founded and developed.
That's why we have set up a new Vision 2025 Fund to help meet their financial needs and to subsidise training programs for nationals involved in translation work within their own countries.
This fund gives the flexibility to give large and small amounts when and where needed, other more specific projects are detailed below.
