Giving vital support

to the Bible translation team

Why, What, How?

Through your giving you can help fulfil Vision 2025 to reach those who are still waiting for God's word in the language that speaks best to their heart.

As a faith mission, Wycliffe looks to God to provide financial partners. Below you will find information explaining more about the why, what and how of giving.

Why give?

The vast majority of people working with Wycliffe are funded by churches and individuals who believe in the value of the work that they do.

What to give to

These sections explain some areas of need you may wish to contribute to, such as:

How to give
1.  By Cheque - payable to "Wycliffe Bible Translators" with a note specifying the project or member you wish your gift to go to.  (Any undesignated gifts will be allocated where most needed).  Cheques should be sent to the address on the right.

2. By Standing Order - regular fixed amounts can be paid directly from your bank account.  This is simple to set up and simple to change.  On the form you can specify if you would like your gifts to go to a specific project or memberDownload a Standing Order form (pdf, 38kb) and send the form to the address on the right.

3. Gift Aid It! - If you are a UK taxpayer, you can increase your giving through Gift Aid.  Download a Gift Aid form (pdf, 48kb) or request we post one to you.  Sign and return it to us at the address on the right. Online giving can be Gift Aided too.

4. Give online - by credit card or Direct Debit via our secure server.  Give now.

Other ways to give vital support
We're grateful to those who respond in praise and in prayer for what God is doing.  We're grateful for those who give, and for those who join us and go, and for those who tell others in their church about those who are still waiting for God's word in their heart language.  You can help to change this.  God's message of love is being translated into languages and lives throughout the world!

UK Churches can become involved through the Vision 2025 In Focus initiative, a different way of doing mission where your church is central and plays a key role. You get to know and love the people being reached.

Or maybe your church would like to change the future of a people group by helping them receive their first ever book of the Bible and evangelism resources.  Find out more about the Vision 2025 First Gospel initiative.
