Irish teachers head overseas
In September, Charis went to Mali and Victoria went to the Philippines. In January Nicky goes to Tanzania, Julie goes to Mali and Emily-Anne goes to Senegal/Gambia.
On a recent snowy Thursday evening in Belfast, around 70 teachers accepted an invitation from Mission Agencies Partnership (MAP) to explore the possibilities for Christian teachers around the world.
They got a lovely meal. They heard from parents, children and teachers how crucial MK education is to Bible Translation and other ministries worldwide. They received a handout from thirteen cooperating agencies with hundreds of current needs for teachers.
And several people have already been in touch with our Belfast office to find out more!
