Translated Scriptures
Wycliffe and other societies are currently involved in Bible translation in about 1700 languages. Survey workers are still finding out exactly how many more languages need translation. For an overview of translation work so far visit the World Scriptures website created by UBS. For the most complete database of languages and the status of Bible translation visit The Ethnologue.
The following sites will help you find Bibles and other materials currently available.
Bible Society has at least 400 different language editions in stock. (UBS provides links to Bible societies in other countries.)
No Frontiers stock a range of Bibles and books in over 140 languages available to order online.
Lifewords (formerly Scripture Gift Mission) provides a number of shorter scripture booklets.
Agape can provide the JESUS film in 109 commonly spoken languages in the UK (and can probably order it in lots more). They also produce a wide range of other booklets and resources.
