Wycliffe Bible Translators is looking for a Church & Projects Coordinator to join the Fundraising Team of the Supporter Engagement Department at its Saunderton office. This page contains all the information you need to apply for this role.

1.5 billion people are still waiting

For over 60 years, we’ve been pioneering and innovating, working alongside communities big and small, creating partnerships, and training local people to translate the Bible.

Today Wycliffe Bible Translators is engaged with 326 minority language groups around the world that make up 469 million people, but globally 1.5 billion people are still waiting for the complete Bible in a language they understand well. As part of Wycliffe’s response to this need, we’re growing our Supporter Engagement Department.

As Church & Projects Coordinator, you’ll play a leading role in raising awareness of the need for Bible translation and the different ways individuals and churches can connect with specific Bible translation projects around the world. The position will involve building relationships with various project teams around the world and working together with them to reach out to UK churches and individuals. Much of the role will involve writing compelling online and print materials with a view to raising awareness for specific projects, and inviting people to connect with brothers and sisters in another part of the world through prayer and financial partnership.
