Wycliffe Bible Translators are looking to recruit a Director for Church Engagement to join our team in High Wycombe. This page contains all the information you need to apply for this role.

While Wycliffe is well known in some circles, there are others where it is not yet known and the task of Bible translation has been assumed to have been completed many years ago. We love to introduce churches and individuals to the unfinished task and see fruit grow from these relationships.

The Director for Church Engagement is responsible for enabling an increasing number of people and churches in UK and Ireland to participate in making God’s word available to all people. This is achieved through leading a team of employees, members and volunteers (currently 17 people, about 9 full time equivalents, based across the UK), and through collaboration with other staff teams.

This role requires someone motivated by their Christian faith with a deep personal concern for world mission to serve in this unique role with Wycliffe, bringing clarity, influence, passion and a collaborative style to leadership.
