Wycliffe Bible Translators is looking for a Donations Administrator to join the Response Centre Team in our High Wycombe office. This page contains all the information you need to apply for this role.

1.5 billion people are still waiting

For over 60 years, we’ve been pioneering and innovating; working alongside communities big and small, creating partnerships, and training local people to translate the Bible.

Today, Wycliffe Bible Translators is engaged with 326 minority language groups around the world that make up 469 million people, but globally, 1.5 billion people are still waiting for the complete Bible in the language they understand best.

As Donations Administrator you’ll be part of a small team playing a significant role in achieving this vision. This is a supporter-facing role, working as part of the Response Centre, to strengthen relationships between Wycliffe and its supporters. This will be done by efficiently processing donations, keeping database records up-to-date, sending gift acknowledgements, answering enquiries and providing resources.

We hope that you will find the information in this pack helpful and clear. If Wycliffe’s vision is a cause you can champion and the position fits with your skills, values and experience, then we would love to hear from you. The post is advertised as a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), but we will also consider flexible working arrangements of at least 22.5 hours per week during term time.

Details of how to apply are below but if you would like to contact us in the interim please e-mail Steph Horrocks (shorrocks@wycliffe.org.uk) to arrange an informal conversation.

Your application should be sent to the Resourcing team (resourcing@wycliffe.org.uk) by 9am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019. All applications will be treated as confidential.

Should you be shortlisted we will invite you for an interview in the week commencing 14th January 2019 at the offices of Wycliffe Bible Translators in central High Wycombe.

Thank you for considering this role, and please join us in prayer as we seek God’s wisdom in appointing the right candidate to this post.
