Wycliffe Bible Translators is expanding its Relationships Team with a Relationships Officer and Relationships Executive. This page contains all the information you need to apply for either of these roles.
1.5 billion people are still waiting
For over 60 years, we’ve been pioneering and innovating, working alongside communities big and small, creating partnerships, and training local people to translate the Bible.
Today Wycliffe Bible Translators is engaged with 326 minority language groups around the world that make up 469 million people, but globally 1.5 billion people are still waiting for the complete Bible in a language they understand well. As part of Wycliffe’s response to this need, we’re growing our Relationships Team.
The role of Relationships Officer will increase our ability to engage with mid-level donors in a meaningful way, and increase our capacity to roll out our Legacy Marketing Strategy. You’ll get to help donors experience the impact that translated Scriptures have on whole communities. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, seeking to strengthen and add to the existing relationship management programme.
The role of Relationships Executive brings much needed capacity to the team – for example, researching and identifying prospective donors to be added to existing portfolios, organising UK-based events and donor trips overseas. Through this role you’ll play an integral part in the Relationships Team – helping donors to know the difference they are making through blessing others with the resources needed for Bible translation.
