At Wycliffe Bible Translators our vision is a world where everyone can know Jesus through the Bible.

We serve local partners worldwide as they bring God’s word to their communities in the language which speaks to them best.

1 in 5 people are still waiting. 1.5 billion people worldwide still don’t have a Bible in their language.

While Wycliffe is well known in some denominations, there are others where it is largely unknown and the task of Bible translation has been assumed to have been completed many years ago. We love to introduce churches and individuals to the unfinished task and see fruit grow from these relationships.

This role is for a Church Relationships Manager for southern England. You will be someone who brings a deep passion for serving the church. Youwill be responsible for strengthening Wycliffe’s relationships with churches across the region, particularly in London and throughout the home counties. Drawing on your extensive experience of church-facing engagement and fundraising, you will lead a team of Wycliffe volunteers to invite growing numbers of churches from many different denominations to participate in making God’s word available to all people. As a confident and inspiring public speaker, you will be able to preach and present in a variety of church settings, and coach and mentor others to do the same.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). The role is home-based, but the chosen applicant will need to be based in the region so that regular travel can be undertaken.

This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a committed evangelical Christian under Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
